Room, staff, locale, garden. All excellent. Welcome great.

Food was good, especially starters, but mains not as good. Mistakes or missing items. Rectified as quickly possible and polite apologies. Breakfast good but the mixture of buffet and service which was odd. I suggest give every one tea/coffee/toast on arrival. Allow menu choice, buffet etc worked but there were eggs being carried round the room but we hadn't got our bacon etc. Slightly chaotic. System may a look?

I had the continental. I just have special K with strawberries and a cup of tea usually. Croissant is a special treat. The fresh fruit was lovely.

We enjoyed the warm atmosphere with pleasant staff to greet us on arrival and in the breakfast room. Our bedroom was delightful with good lighting, very comfortable beds, good linen and a nice shower., overlooking the pretty, well tended gardens where we sat out late in the evening sun. The room was very clean, equipped with all that we might need, including iron and ironing board. We enjoyed a good breakfast of good quality; fruits, yoghurt as well as a good cooked breakfast. The hotel's public rooms are beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Farnham to visit family.

Fantastic town centre location. Lovely bar and very comfortable rooms. It was incredibly hot when we stayed, but the room was beautifully cool due to the very efficient air- con. Didn’t eat breakfast but did have a sandwich from the lunch menu and a late night curry. Both very good.

Car parking a challenge when the hotel has an event. You pay for overnight parking on arrival and if you go out, there is no guarantee there will be space when you return even though you have paid. We were extremely lucky that a staff member was about to go off duty when we returned to the hotel and she freed a space up for us.
