Good enough space for a family of 5. Cleanliness was there.

Quite a few, so to speak. Firstly, my bad that I didn't see the reviews about the stairs. The so-called penthouse unit is actually the 2nd storey of the house. You have to climb a flight of very steep stairs. Imagine travelling with multiple luggages and the need to lug them up. Not a pleasant start. Exit light as others had mentioned, was too bright for my liking. I didn't sleep well when I was there. And I read about how the people staying at 2nd storey were being complained for being too loud.. and I got really paranoid and stressed. With 2 young kids, I had to constantly tell them to quieten down their footsteps. Basically, if you have young kids like us, I don't recommend this place, lest you become stress like us over moving big luggages and having to stay quiet.

From photos it looked bigger. I booked it because they said 60 sqm, didn't feel that 60 at any how. The staff said we made noise, actually it was the1F who made noise. We were so disappointed from this misclaim. The place is clean and neat. And we will not book again cuz we were LOUD, cheers

The sheets were not changed. I could find other peoples hair on it. Really terrible.

Location was terrific. It amazed me that one minute we could be in the hub-bub of Shinjuku Otsuku and then all of a sudden in this quiet residential enclave. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Perfect for a family. 2min walk to a subway stop, grocery store and coffee. 15 mins to JR.
