DO NOT stay here if you are a side sleeper, the beds are hard enough to do harm!

Location was great. Room was small but effectively laid out.

The beds were so hard that it hurt to sleep on my side. As a side sleeper this ruined my sleep and hurt my hips. I have never experienced such hard beds in a hotel. The management response was that the beds were all new and hard beds had been chosen because there had been too many complaints about beds being too soft! Hey, guys, there's a middle ground that will please most of the people most of the time! We are locals and we usually use Guam Plaza Resort & Spa. Same price, very comfy beds, at the other end of Tumon Bay. We tried this one this time for location; never again!

Its a nice and convenient hotel for those laying over a few nights.

Close to the airport and offers early check in Pool. Back yard. Close to shopping and concenience store

Hot water shower does bot get hot when everyone is using the shower

Good basic, clean hotel close to airport.

The hotel is close to the airport. We were in transit travelers coming from Palau. The front desk staff were efficient very friendly. The hotel is basic in its amenities but clean.

The beds are VERY HARD and therefore not comfortable for most people. They need to put a sign in each room telling guests that tea bags and coffee are available if you ask for them at the front desk. No milk, either powdered or Coffee Mate, is available for those of us who like milk added to their tea or coffee. Hot water kettle and microwave are provided in each room.
