Warm welcome, central location, front desk went out of their way to acknowledge my daughter’s 21st Bday. We really appreciated it, she was very grateful and excited. Rooms were clean, comfortable and hallways were quiet. Only hotel Guests in the elevator
The brunch, did not enjoy the food. The brunch staff were amazing
It’s very comfortable, safe and location is great
Staff is very nice and helpful
Everything and everyone was great.
Nothing
The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on, with virtually zero motion transfer between me and my partner. I really appreciated the receptionist's tip to avoid the top floor due to potential noise from the gym above - we chose a room on the 16th floor instead. While there’s still a bit of traffic noise, earplugs easily take care of that
The wood trim looks a bit worn out in places, but that is to be expected with an older hotel.
