lovely rooms and en suites; lovely welcome and hosting from Susan breakfast smelt good but we didn't eat there perfect location for town and rail station, also relaxing Beacon edge walk

The very wet weather! small point: room no 4 traffic noise when window open

There was a lot that we liked about this accommodation. The room was amazingly clean, comfortable, and the best comfy bed and linen ever. The shower was great and very roomy with a lovely waffle robe which is always a great touch to any stay. The tea and coffee in room facilities were great and the extra choc brownies, which unfortunately we forgot to taste. Ideally located to the town centre shops bars and restaurants in walking distance and also a close drive to other great areas like Keswick. Breakfast was so freshly cooked with a great accompanying cereals and fruits as well full English. Very nice and friendly owners made you feel very welcome. Overall a great stay!

Location was ideal. The breakfast was very nice. Access to the property was easy. We were allowed early entry to the property.
