Hello, I would like you to accept my complaint, as more than 12 working days have passed since the check-out process, from the date of October 3rd, until now. I have not received the 400 pounds that was deducted as a security deposit, and the amount has not been recovered in my bank account until this moment. I am sorry, but I feel suspicious and worried that I I have been subjected to a seizure of the amount without returning it to my account. Note that one of your colleagues addressed me before and told me that the full amount will be recovered within 5 to 7 working days. This is misleading and untrue talk. I am disappointed. Thank you.
