Hotel Francesca

Very clean and comfortable room. Great location. Pool was fabulous. It was a short and very relaxing stay.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this Hotel. The location was perfect. It was a 1.20 euro bus ride from the ferry port and same if you wanted to go back into old town or explore that area and only a 15 minute bus ride. The area the Hotel was actually in was also amazing and there is a whole strip of bars, restaurants, and shops that you can walk to on either side of the Hotel. You are literally steps away from the beach, which was so relaxing and beautiful. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking some nights. I was there for two weeks so definitely took advantage of making some meals for myself and there was everything I needed. The daily towel change and housekeeping was great and the hotel and my room always felt so clean and fresh. When I come back to Naxos I will definitely stay here again.

The location was great, and the exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were lovely and helpful. The place was clean.

The beds were made with sheets that did not fit the bed properly, which was a little frustrating having them untuck every night as soon as we got into bed. The shower was so small, and the screen doors were difficult to open and close. We were able to connect to the wifi, but it did not work at all. The photos on the booking are a little deceiving, as the apartments are actually quite dark and certainly not as bright and airy as they appear in the photos.

Stunning rooms and the balcony was absolutely fantastic- our two bedroom apartment had a balcony off each bedroom! The cleaning ladies were exceptional. We didn't use the pool because the weather was cold and windy during our trip, but the set up and chairs were wonderful. Walking distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants.

The lady who greeted us on our arrival was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The pillows were clean, soft and fluffy.

There were a few long dark hairs in our bed (which showed up clearly on the nice crisp white bed sheets) and a small amount of food stuck to the cover on the bed.
