had to have staff open my room door everytime i left and came back cause the card reader on door was broke. would not give me a different room or a discount.
Even if our room was non smoking the room smelled if someone had smoked in there previously. We tried to see if we could switch rooms and rooms were all booked.

This hotel has seen it's better days-it's dated and dingy. The faucet in the tub leaked. The window shade wouldn't go back up after it was lowered. Not a great idea to have only one switch in the bathroom controlling the light and the fan. Very noise if you have to get up during the night and have to turn the light on (which also turns the fan on). No night light in the bathroom which would have solved that problem. Very noisy from the road traffic. Very difficult to get to due to the way the roads are set up.
