The room I was assigned to had not been cleaned since the previous guest. I asked for a refund and they refused saying they could give me another room. I did not stay, but went across the street to a new, clean Holiday Inn that was less expense.

It was very dirty and old fingerprints everywhere bathroom doors full of fingerprints bathtub rusty overrol dirty and not appealing. Beds are too high my elderly mother couldn't get on the bed.
Bkfst was minimal.. not much fruit or choice of coffee. But it was well organized, spotless, & cooked eggs & sausage very good
Improve coffee company. And pool was chilly.
Great location, near highway and town of Saugerties. Easy to go around with a vehicle
