Very poor

Now its 1 week after we checked out, and until now we didnt get the deposit money from them. More than 1 million yen. We will never go back there. And it feels that the stuff there dont really care about the situation. We stayed in other hotels in Japan for this trips, zero problems with the rest of them .

Thank you to the ritz Carlton team for making it a memorable stay

The property is beautiful. Staff are fantastic and so helpful and friendly. The gym and spa are also great. We weightlift and they had more than the usual equipment for a hotel so that was nice. The bar and restaurants are also really good. We love Ritz Carlton and this one is a wonderful location. Right in the heart of Kyoto. Its easy to walk to all the main areas
