Breakfast was great. Super nice staff. Smaller resort with easy access to everything onsite. No long walks to get to anything. Staff was always cleaning something. Definitely a value for the price. Great pools.

Location at the end of the port road might be a bummer for some, but it did not really affect us too much. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Food otherwise, I have had better all inclusive food, but I have also had worse. It was never bad, just sometimes it was OK.

No shuttle service available, was told no smoking area yet there was signage for one.

Top Amazing... I don't know where to start....We left this hotel a few hrs ago with a big smile, although we are sad somehow, that the holiday already ends here ... The bars, the restaurants, the snack bar, the kids club, this amazing gourmet restaurant, the cleaning of the whole property, the cleaning of the rooms, the pools, the movie theater, a trampoline park, yoga, water sport ... The whole family had fun. We love it so much. We stayed in so many different hotels... this is our favorite.... It has facilities for the whole family... From the morning till the nights ... sth to do. The food & the drinks have a good quality. Especially the employees, every single one is great, they trying them best to provide a wonderful stay. Tino (waiter), Maurizio (pool concierge), Alizza (Sport & Entertainment), Rene (Lifeguard), John (chef de cuisine) to count only a few of them, did an amazing job. Thank you so much. Cu soon ... We will definitely come back. Unfortunately not tomorrow, as it is not the next corner for us. But we come back :-) Don't miss the Mexican show. I have seen a few. This one was absolutely professional and such a great experience for all ages. :-) Thanks to all :-)

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, beautiful views. Installations top: restaurants, kinderclub, lobby, Entertaining areas. In general very clean Food was great: at the buffet they have variety and good quality, the food at the other restaurants was delicious in general. Show at night were great and diverse very entertaining. Ricky at the pool was very nice and always attentive. Unfortunately I dont remembers his name but our Housekeeper was very nice .

1. Unfortunately I must say that the service on the pool was horrible, the waiters not nice and rude most of the times. I have the impression that if you dont tip them upfront they just ignore you. I was appealed by this not at all the Mexican hospitality here. 2. Pools ok but they need maintenance a lot of mosaic was loosing causing minor injuries in feets, also some lamps inside the pool were loose which gave me some concern about safety. 3. The beach was unfortunately totally polluted by Sargasso smelly and impossible to be near, I dont know if this is just bad luck or every year this particular beach is affected, this has nothing to do with the Hotel but important for guest to know

Everything the hotel was clean staff was friendly and service was incredible!
