Convenient, clean, straightforward.

Cold cold corridors. Open windows in 45 degree weather. Continental Breakfast consisted of hard unripened pears, cereal, and keurig coffee pods.

Horrible staff

The breakfast was OK. The location was perfect. I was traveling to Stanley.

hair dryer didn't work. smoke detector had no battery. Noisy at 1 in the morning. Gave my room on first floor away when I had a reservation for bottom floor due to a handy cap. Outside door was set so it wouldn't close all night. Anyone could have come in. Must be a drug place.

Great breakfast. Store bought muffins, donuts and yogurt were superb!

We had to switch rooms because our room wasnt ready yet. There were flies on the window sill and dust on some of the furniture. The air conditioning didnt work in that room so we were switched to another room. That room didnt have access to Wi-fi. It was a give and take.

It was quite for the most part except for the dog barking in the hallway. The staff was pleasant and helpful and it was clean

The TV didn't work at first had to unplug and replug and let system reset, the door keys kept failing had to get new ones, the ice machine didn't work ( but they did give us a Ziploc bag full of ice) the tub jet button was broken

The location is perfect for my needs!

The towel offerings were inconsistent. Sometimes we got a hand towel, sometimes we did not. Sometimes we got a floor mat, sometimes we did not.

Breakfast selection was poor.
