It was clean and all.staff was friendly. Luke and Dee were helpful throughout our stay!
Lack of pillows. An extra blanket in the closet would be nice.
I specifically chose the hospital because it was connected with the hospital where family member inpatient. It meant that I didn’t have to drive or pay for parking and was close enough to get to meetings with providers easily.
Other than the bandaid left over the peep hole on the door, most everything was very nice. The online TV guide was a bit confusing and there was no task light on the desk. The microwave operations panel was cracked.
To be honest, I like nothing about this hotel. The only think I like, is that probably I will never visit this place again...
This was my first stay in US’s hotel and I was terrified how low standard and how high prices were in this hotel. I can't compare it to other hotels in US, but if I will compare it to hotels in Europe, UK, or Asia.... the difference in quality and price is astonishing. Breakfast were tasteless, all days the same, and buffet have got only three meals: bacon, mash potatoes, and scrambled eggs made from a powder. We have got here 4 days of sorrowful breakfasts… The staff was unfriendly for me and my friends, both in restaurant and in reception. When me and my colleagues returned to the reception with a complaint that our cards do not open the door, the receptionist said that: we have to press the handle to open the door, and that she understand that this can be complicated, but we just have to press the handle. But when we said that we did it, the receptionist in a grumpy way checked that... she haven't activated our cards... for two rooms from five that we booked...
