- Guest services and housekeeping staff are super helpful and very friendly. Stella was brilliant at answering any questions or requests. - Rooms are well equipped and spacious, it was really nice to have a lounge area to relax in. - Location is close to the beach but a little away from the noise etc. of the beach front. About 15m walking or a few minutes by car. - Complimentary shuttle to and from the port was excellent. On time, nice drivers and vehicles and free. - Breakfast included and light food menu available every day. - Reception open from 8:00 till 24:00 and easily reachable by room phone if no one was at the desk.

- Pool is not heated and was freezing so I only used it once. Even in 27C and sunshine I could not tolerate it for more than 10 mins. Even a little heat would make it so much better for shoulder season! It's a shame because it's a nice big pool.

Lots of privacy and space, excellent breakfast It was a little out of town but still walkable to the beach in 10-15 minutes

Its far enough that you need to drive to the chora (if thats where you want to go)

Pool was like an ice bath but thats expected when not heated. Arranged a transfer with the hotel to leave at 8am for the ferry. Transfer never arrived and at 8:40 there still wasnt anyone at reception to speak to and wed been standing for 45 minutes waiting. Luckily we found a local taxi number or we would have missed the ferry.

Facilities are incredible, the staff are super helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent, and the property is super clean!!

We stayed in the executive villa which is probably a bit too small for 6 people (we had 4 adults and 2 children). The downstairs shower is on a little handle, which means you need to hold the shower head. The upstairs bathroom sink is also quite small, and the water splashes everywhere - the toilet also constantly has a foul smell (I presume due to plumbing), however did make sleeping upstairs unpleasant at times.

Pretty much everything! The staff, Electra in particular were great, wonderful breakfasts, cool decor, comfy villa with lovely views, instagram l-worthy pool, free transfers.

Im being picky but If Id been travelling with my husband a larger double bed would have been good.
