Lack of responsibility from main reception staff Most of the time they are dismissive and say No even if u ask a simple question

Big rooms and clean. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Lack of entertainment, only 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, gets very repetitive. Shame you are not aloud to have any snacks at the pool, not even the fruit platter. Nothing to do after 12.00 pm. If you are with a group of friends everything closes at 12.00, no snacks no drinks available. The idea of adults only is to have more entertainment. We were big group of of people and wanted something to eat after we got in from the trip back to the hotel, but everything was closed.

Excellent staff and accommodation, good facilities.

The spirits available were not premium and the noise level in the dining area was occasionally high.

Fabulous little complex with stunning green gardens and a very authentic Moroccan feel. Food was lovely, drinks were lovely, staff were very helpful and smiley, entertainment was great fun. Wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

The pools were freezing. I also noticed that all the doors whether on the ground floor or 2nd floor were warped and rotting, like they had bad flooding at some point. It was the only part of the hotel that needed some maintenance, also the beautiful fountains everywhere were not filled and most were not switched on.
