Breakfast was a hit. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk for Oslo airport. Tram stop was around a 5 minute walk. Kids park behind hotel and shops. Hotel staff lovely, packed us up a Breakfast as we left at 4am. Gluten free options also.
No hot chocolate for the kids or chocolate milk which we've always found all over Scandinavia

1. Rudeness and Unprofessional Behavior: The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Basic manners and customer service skills were completely lacking. 2. Lack of Knowledge and Training: It was clear that many staff members did not know what they were doing. They were unable to answer simple questions or provide basic services correctly. 3. Dishonesty: Staff frequently gave false or misleading information, whether about hotel policies, charges, or availability of services. This created confusion and a sense of mistrust. 4. Unwillingness to Help: Instead of trying to resolve issues or assist guests, they seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility. 5. Poor Communication: There was a noticeable lack of clear communication. Instructions or information given by one staff member were often contradicted by another. 6. Unapproachable Attitude: Staff often acted as if guests were a bother, rather than treating them with respect or hospitality. 7. No Accountability: When problems were brought up, no one took ownership or tried to make things right. Issues were brushed off or ignored.
