Staff lovely and friendly, hotel is very near all the attractions everything was within walking distance

The breakfast room is to small , I don’t think it’s right that you should have to stand up to eat your breakfast

Location was great, close enough to Times Square, but away from majority of the crowd. Staff were amazing

An on site laundry would be great for longer stays

Complimentary drinks, ice machine

The lobby was small and thight and not easy to wait there

We had a junior suite with king and sofa bed. The room was quite small, normally suitable as a single or maximum double room. we had booked for 3 people, myself, my wife and our daughter (10 years). When we arrived at 11pm the sofa bed was not ready and we had to wait 3 hours for a blanket for our daughter, although we had informed the hotel about our late arrival and that we will be 3 persons. The water supply in the bathroom stopped 3 times for about 1 hour during our stay, the pipes had also some air trapped in, so frequently water splashed all around making everyone standing in front of the sink wet. The breakfast was ultra crowded, no empty tables, had to wait until someone finished breakfast. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant beside the breakfast time. You can order some food in the lobby bar, but you have to pick it up from the kitchen in 4th floor, prices are 5star level, but it comes packed in plastic trays and with plastic cutleries. One night we were disturbed 3 times by a fire alarm, luckily a false alarm. One time sufficient towels were not supplied by house keeping and we had to wait 2 hours for additional ones.
