Location
The room was not up to Doubletree standards that I expected. The door that covered the microwave was broken and just laying on top. The curtains we so worn that the light was showing through in numerous places. Patio door wouldn?t open.
Very clean, everyone was very courteous and friendly. Even arriving extremely late for chwck-in.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, despite a late late night arrival.
I liked the way the lobby looked
It seemed outdated and old. Restaurant staff had a bit of an attitude they would tell certain people what they offered while telling others this is all we have

Breakfast was good .staff was attentive. Rooms were clean.
Hotel hard to find..so was unmarked entrance..it said Fire lane. . Room mate needed help with TV and WIFI and got little!! She missed her grandsons game. Restaurant for dinner was way over priced. The veggies wrap was 75% lettuce. Room was over priced.
Friendly staff and nice restaurant. Nice lounge area with pretty fireplace. I appreciated the sliding patio door and the ability to park right outside my room - this made loading/unloading very convenient.
tight parking spaces. More than one vehicle weas double parked to allow for more room.
