I took a fall, on a step right at the entrance to the room, because there was a step right at the entrance and there was no light due to the light turning on/off system. BAD EXPERIENCE, BAD SERVICE, INHUMAN ACCOMMODATION, CORRIDOR (Hall)WITH A LOT OF WATER.

The localization is the main asset of the hotel. The reception is helpful. Breakfast is decent and starts as early as 6.30am which is good when you want to start your day before it's too hot.

The pool closed at 4PM twice during my short stay which was unexpected. The hotel was not providing any electricity on my last day. The reason seemed purely internal and not related to any external outage. Not only the explanation was vague but also the outage left the front desk without any access to basic booking information. I hope this was a rare occurrence. The cleaning was not properly done on my first day (leak on the floor, hair stuck to the mirror,...). I assume these problems result from a lack of workforce dedicated to maintenance. Finally, I am not sure the door-key opens only one room due to its outdated technology.

Breakfast very nice

The room had a water leak and the mattress was very thin, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The photos of the room at the time of booking were completely different from reality. At the time of complaining to the staff about what happened, they said that they would change our room but finally they only made us wait until the afternoon to tell us that they could not do anything. Disappointing.

Very simple room with small beds and old TV. Old shower, with leaking valve and little heating. The room only has a socket, which is difficult for those who need to use a computer and cell phone. it rained on the days of my stay and it dripped inside the room. On weekends the smell of marijuana in the hallways is very strong and ends up entering the rooms as well. There is no place to store clothes. Maintenance staff make noise in hallways before 8am on weekdays.
