Warm, comfortable, stunning location and excellent food

I wish the pool had been open

Beautiful setting, lovely clean hotel, easy to locate. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist and the waiter. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and at a good price. Definitely would stay there again.

The weather, as it was tipping it down. So spent a lovely evening in the hotel.

Nothing to dislike

Welcoming receptionist, friendly restaurant staff and set evening menu good value. Generally clean and room size and style okay.

Although relatively recently redone, the room was already starting to look a bit tired. WC positioned so close to basin unit, couldn't sit on it properly. Ceiling badly stained in bathroom, obviously leaking from room above. View of an air conditioning unit, with associated humming, not ideal! Worst part of stay was breakfast. Hot food in warmer (not turned on) was stone cold, one coffee machine broken, so queue for hot drinks. Most of the buffet dishes empty, not kept properly replenished, so a very disappointing experience, for something pre-booked and paid for. Our second stay here and sadly not up to the same standard as before. Not a cheap place to stay so a bit disappointing.....

The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. The front of house reception was superb , courteous , polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. Beautiful location with its snow topped peaks visible immediately outside of your room windows . Thank you

Not being able to stay longer but we will return.

Central heating couldn't really be managed from room.
