Greeted with a "rude" sign on the door about no coffee!! The woman behind the desk initially ignored us, and when she finally acknowledged us was curt and borderline rude....so much so that we were tempted to find alternative accommodation. If I had not paid in full up front we would not have stayed there!
The staff
Its easy to locate, has a good view and is also close to places to eat. The staff is also extremely friendly!!
Its a bit outdated and could use more comfortable bedding and beds. The outlets are also not very reliable and very sparse for such a big space. Nothing was offered for breakfast but there were soda vending machines.
Comfortable, clean and great location. Loved the view!!
Needs a few little repairs but definitely nothing that effected my stay.

No breakfast at all, no even a coffee maker in room, carpet at the entry of our room has a big spot that you can see a floor underneath lift door when open and close makes a scratching sounds
