The suite was very clean, large, and comfortable. The price was reasonable too. LaQuinta offered a nice little breakfast also.
We thought everything was fine and had no complaints. Great stay at a economy hotel.
Couldn’t stay
Front Desk young man was impaired to the point that I and other guests considered calling 911 for emergency assistance
The supervisor was mean: rude: racist: judgemental. Liar. The staff lied that we smoked I. The room. Room #223 Sunday threw Tuesday. I was robbed Of $250 dollars. No- one smoked in this room. The receptionist was rude: not helpful. We were judge by This two individuals. This company in Santa Fe : needs training on how to treat their customers.
The supervisor. The receptionist. Rude : both. Made up stories. We e stayed in this hotel dozens of times through out the years. We were never accused Of smoking until now. You know why ? Because we never smoked. We smoked outside. I’m out of $250 that I barely have to myself over this lies.
The location was near where we needed to be. The cost was ok and we were able to have our dog join us.
The carpet by the door was shredded exposing the floor board underneath. This door to the outside had a significant gap at the bottom exposing daylight. One of the lamps was broken and did not work. The dining area was apparently designed before complimentary breakfasts. Food items were located in different locations and it was easy to overlook where some of the food options were located. This La Quinta is old and needing care or to be sold. It does not come close to the quality of all the other La Quinta’s we have stayed at on this trip and over the years.
Great Continental breakfast!
