The garden and the easy possibility to rent a motorbike

The water in the pool was extremely cloudy. The reason for cloudy pool water is caused by 4 common pool issues: poor filtration, low chlorine levels, poor water chemistry, or contaminants in the water, like debris or algae. The owner wanted to convince us the reflection of the tiles was responsible for the cloudy water. The breakfast was average, the reusable water bottles had green algae. The floor of our room was dirtied with something non-cleanable. The were daily noises of building sit next to the site. The view from our room was a wall, really unexpected given the high-rating of the property.

Staff is super friendly! The pool is great and the cottages are super cute. The breakfast is also good.

The location is allright. Not walking distance from anything, but good enough to order a grab from.

The property and the cottages were absolutely stunning. The gardens were beautifully maintained. The cottages were comfortable and cool with an effective air conditioner, clean and well presented with a comfortable bed and clean linens. The staff were attentive and kind. The included breakfast was okay. The location was fairly close to the main street but you need a scooter or a car - only a 5 minute drive.

We originally planned to stay here for 7 nights but ended up leaving after two because the pool was green and murky, not safe to swim in. When we brought it to the attention of the staff on the first morning they said someone had already come that morning for maintenance so we waited and hoped but by later that day it had not improved. We made the decision to check out the next morning because we only had a short stay in Bali and being able to swim and hang out by the pool was a big part of our holiday plans. The staff were professional and understanding in handling our complaints and helping us to shorten the length of our booking. It was disappointing about the cleanliness of the pool, because otherwise, the accommodations were really lovely. I would consider staying again with the opportunity to first check the condition of the pool.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice pool

The bathroom had a bathing tub that can be used as a shower, but since there is no glass wall the whole bathroom was wet after the shower.

The rooms were great, really big and had everything you needed. The location was excellent everything really close however you cant walk anywhere and would need to rent a scooter.

The pool was filthy! You couldnt see your hands in the water! The staff were always sitting around doing nothing and there was a bottle of water left around the pool for the 4 days we stayed there.
