Comfy bed, fantastic shower. Room was cosy, with balcony overlooking lake. Helpful staff and fantastic food.

I had to provide the worst opinion, because I was cheated. I booked the hotel a night before, and that day I arrived from Podgorica. It was "special offer for me", extremely cheap, hence I took it, I wanted to relax for a good money. The booking was confirmed. I arrived to Tirana and I let the hotel know what time I'll arrive. No response. Once I finally got to the hotel, at 23:00, I was told, "oh didn't you receive the information from us? We had system error, our rooms were sold too cheap". And later the man in the reception added "Definitely I contacted you". No way. The booking, as you see, was confirmed, it wasn't cancelled afterwards and no-one contacted me prior to my arrival to explain the situation. So if you see special offers from this hotel - be aware, it's scam (or "system error").

Excellent service, room, exceptional breakfast and amazing food in the restaurant. All staff (reception, restaurant and upstairs bar) are professionals.

They said yesterday on 26 sep 2023 they will delivery the breakfast in the room for free but when i send msg on booking at 10:40 to bring the breakfast they said they will chrage and they took money for breakfast and we did not get any breakfast. i call teo times dor hair drier but they late i wait for more than one hour

No room for us. They have problems for reservation system. They knew it allready, but any information before we arrive. Waste of time. They dont even say that they are sorry for that.
