The location and the balcony . I could hear the ocean waves in the bedroom .

No front desk and when in season you have to pay for parking. Also check out time is too early.

Great place.

Having to pay for parking was the only downside. That would be the only thing to keep me from staying there again.

The proximity to the beach was excellent as was the pool.

The closet doors were broken. The heat vents came on in the bathroom bedroom & dining room and could not be turned off. The room was ready by 1:00 pm but we could not gain access to 4:00 pm. The garbage bin outside the lobby was overflowing for 2 days and the elevator was flooded with dirt water & sand at 9:30 pm. The password for WI FI was not given so we could not watch TV the last night & morning. Bathroom was totally outdated with rust on vents & madicine cabinet and there was rust on refrigerator door & inside the freezer. We were not informed that we had to pay for parking. The wall unit AC's was very loud. We would not rent this unit again.

Air conditioning was incredibly loud. Wi-Fi was subpar. Tv/cable difficult to operate (I am tech savvy). Property management was virtually non existent. Our room door didnt open until 4:20pm. Elevator was really slow
