Breakfast at weekends were slightly different to in the week Much prefer the weekly menu

Incompetent and rude staff. Holds (more than one) were put on my checking account and all my funds were frozen. I didn't know the hotel put holds on my funds until I went to use them. No disclosures were given. My entire trip was prepaid and the funds they froze were for activities and food and misc. for my young granddaughters and myself. This trip was mostly wasted time and a disappointment for my granddaughters. We were not able to do a lot of things because of the issues with the hotel. The location was great. The bed linens were worn and had small tears in them and towels were frayed. The rooms were clean. They are still holding some of my money and not one person can tell me why or will release the funds.

Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Parking fee was outrageous.
