Loxation
This hotel is new and very clean. Walkable to my daughters dorm at UNR. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and we were able to find parking in the lot, but valet is available.
Im not a fan of cigarette smoke, but there is no way of getting around that on the casino floor. We did not smell smoke in our room though like at some of the other casino hotels.
Very impressed with the appearance of the room. Almost to the point of luxurious!

Pro: Large shower Large bath counter City view Mini kitchen with sink and half size convenient fridge! Yes! Coffee maker Remodelled hotel looks amazing! Voyage concert was awesome, thank you! Egg breakfast at cafe was perfect.
Rm 1071 needs door unlock time extended to 1 second. It was just a flash of green and had to quickly twist handle. Card was reprogrammed but issue persisted.
Location was ideal, the remodel is really nice
The front desk service reps are rude, unfriendly, not very helpful, and need to be trained on how to treat customers
The rooms were nice.
We were there for 4 nights and should have gotten 3 days of housekeeping. We did not receive any. The staff had every excuse why we did not get any service. The restaurant service was terrible. We were seated right away and waited over 10 minutes with no server in sight. There were only a couple of other people in the restaurant. We finally walked out after no service.
