The Beach House & Porth Sands Apartments

Location, view from the balcony is amazing especially during sunset. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to Newquay town centre.

Nothing to do with the property but the area would benefit from a few more local shops/bars/cafes.

Location right on the beach

As the apartment is on a hill it is first floor front access but the bedrooms back on to a seating area which can be accessed via the public. I did d have concerns about my daughter sleeping in a separate room with doors leading outside, something I wasnt expecting.

The location is superb and views were amazing. The apartment had all you could need. Its location was central we were able to travel to all the locations we wanted to visit easily. It was very quiet and relaxing.

The location of the beach house was fantastic located directly opposite Porth Beach. The property was an excellent size for a family with three bedrooms and two baths

I had a terrible fall in the bedroom. One of the rugs was really slippy. I reported the accident to the company who manage the property and I wasn't impressed with their reply insinuating that they find it impossible as they didn't think the rug was slippy.
