Lovely little pool and spa. The spa is not too hot. The pool is not too cold! There is sun roof like a conservatory. The little sauna was great too! The gym was well equipped with rowing machine, treadmills, x trainers and bikes as well as lat pull down, chest press, shoulder press, leg press and cable machine. The only thing they didn’t have was dumb bells which was odd considering all the machines. Breakfast was good. Egg chef - yay! Room was quiet and dark with the curtains closed so we slept well. We could chrome cast and watch Netflix. Close to trams and Bourke st mall. The room was spacious for a hotel and the fittings were very nice. Bed comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There is a kitchenette with a hot plate but no pot to go on it. Why have a hot plate??

Nowhere to have a drink after dinner

Room was clean and comfortable, reception were responsive. Location was what I needed to be in the cbd. Close cafes and restaurants were good too.

overall the hotel was very dark and had hardly any sunlight. Only window in the room was facing another building which blocked sunlight. Had to have the lights on even during the day as room was too dark. Main menu for room service also was only available until 9pm. Night owl menu didn’t have much options but the staff did help me order food just in time before the kitchen closed. Only free to air tv - no cable and only way to connect to streaming services was by chrome cast which I didn’t have access too. Lift was kept noisy sometimes and you could hear it from my room later in the evening

Got a drink voucher for my birthday. Went to use it at the bar and the bar and was very disappointed that I could not use it for pero I on tap and could only get Carlton draught as it was only good for value of $10.

Staff were amazing Facilities were fab Room had everything we needed Buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve been to!
