Apparthotel Odalys Rennes Lorgeril

Really lovely, large room with a well equipped kitchenette. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is located close to the city centre. There is a Lidl nearby and parking on the surrounding streets was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lobby area is nice and the staff at reception and restaurant is friendly.

The room was clean but pretty old, some furniture has definitely seen better days. The reception had no umbrella available. The tv did not work, although the reception staff tried to fix it. Also, the internet was very slow. I asked the reception if a refund was possible diente the broken tv but they could only give me an address to write a letter to, like in 1990. No email available. I also tried to contact them via booking.com but the outcome was the same. That is very bad service.

No facilities. Very poor quality bed. Poor shower!

We loved the location and the fact that it was near a retaurant, bar and supermarket was very convenient. The room was big and comfy with all necessities youll need to make coffee or tea.

Be ready to pay a security deposit. It was fine and we understand the reason behind it but it was a surprise.
