The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were so lovely and helpful The hostel isnt very big but the vibe is really friendly and everyone was social and nice

The team at Diadem were extremely kind, generous and accommodating. The facility was cleaned regularly and the guests were all fantastic and down to earth.

Everything is perfect. I love everything about the property from the people to their service and amenities. You will feel right at home and among your decades-known friends if not family. Nothing less.

great location. staffs are super friendly and personable that they even remember my name :) this is an ideal option if you're looking to stay in a cave house and want to stay on budget

i wish there is individual lighting for each bunk bed as I was dependent on my phone flashlight when the room light was turned off

One of the most friendliest staff and cozziest common area. As soon as you enter the facility the staff will make you feel like family and will help you arrange tours, walks and whatever you need. Deft recommend this place. We arrived to Goreme to celebrate my uncles bday and the owners got us some cake to sing Happy Bday! This details made our stay even better. Thanks guys!

The location and the warm treatment of guests.

Cant complain really. It is truly a gem for a guesthouse/hostel.

Very cozy hostel, were it is super easy to meet people. Location and breakfast are great! But the best part are all the people who work there and make you feel at home and help you out with all your questions.

Everything. The managers are warm and engaged and very helpful. They go above and beyond. Its really extraordinary and Im spoiled now. Truly.

SoMetimes it was too warm in the room but I found its adjustable.
