Location only
It was dirty and the facilities were abominable. We had to change rooms three times in the space of two hours and our request for a working coffee machine in our room fell upon deaf ears. And the worst thing was my wife being propositioned by a member of staff suggesting that she spend 80 minutes with him alone so she can have a private massage!!!!! Disgusting, absolutely disgraceful and humiliating. The best part of this hotel was the exit.
Beautiful location! Property very well cared for, immaculate ! Great for adults and kids. Separate pools as well, Incase you want more quiet time.
The staff was friendly
The Pilar bar was closed we utilized the family pool with annoying children. The spa and market place was closed. The Villa was an inconvenience we had to call for transportation to and from the hotel. We we not told we had to provide our own coffee etc. My wife has a bad back and climbing the stars were an issue.
Beautiful location, excellent facilities, such a treat of a place to stay. Seeing dolphins was great as was paddle boarding. Kids loved the swimming pools.
Nothing, it was paradise
Shower curtain had blood stain. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
The staff was very nice and we had a nice time
The drinks were a bit expensive
I liked that they had family units. Private pool was great for the grandkids.
They allow too many people in a unit. Next to us was a group of 20 in a 4 bedroom. They were blasting karaoke until 3am security did nothing about it. If I wanted to stay in the ghetto I would have. For the prices that they charge, I didn't expect that. I am very disappointed with the stay. Will not take the chance on going back & having a similar issue.
