The staff was helpful and nice, the accomodations were nice and clean, etc., and also the location was great, within walking distance to everything

The property was centrally situated in Porto. It was very clean and tidy. The food on offer was nice and the breakfast was ideal.

The location was superior and close to everything! Staff was friendly. The breakfast (not included) was good (also accommodated a gluten-free diet).
Room was small with little room for luggage and such; the flooring in the room was a plastic mat surface and made our feet dirty. Would have liked to have access to an ice machine. The afternoon snacks left a bit to be desired in terms on quality,
