Cleansiness
Overpriced
Excellent service, helpful staff, nice decoration and atmosphere.
Almost nothing, except the breakfast was a bit disappointing, little variety, delayed refill, it was much better during past stays.
Location close to the Highway. Very satisfied with the Parking especially for those who have EV, as Tesla supper charger station is in the parking lot.
The door handle in my room needs to be replaced
The bed was nice, big, and comfortable bathroom was nice too.
Would like to have had a mini fridge and more up-to-date Television.
The only positive were the reception staff who were honest and as helpful as they could be in the circumstances.
The hotel is terrible, please do not waste your money - it is run down and overpriced. It looks smart as you walk in but the facilities are old. The rooms are falling apart, Our 1st room had torn curtains, our 2nd room had no sofa bed as promised, ceiling tiles loose and cracked sink with no working plug. Rooms with Balcony looks out across car part and main road. Such a shame as a good location but needs a lot of money spending on it. Management were not concerned - I am still waiting for a reply from the hotel since i left at the weekend and have now had to log my complaints with booking.com
We are very dissatisfied with our stay at your hotel. At the first breakfast, many items had already run out – for example, fried eggs, fruit in the bowls, and even bowls for the yogurt. The staff showed no attention or initiative and did not make themselves available to assist. We brought this to the attention of the reception, which finally spurred some action. Three staff members came to inspect the breakfast area but still failed to notice what was missing. Instead, they approached our table to ask what was lacking. Unfortunately, this same situation occurred at every breakfast during our stay. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky and dirty, most likely from spills, and even other guests commented on it. There was a noticeable lack of activity and attentiveness from the breakfast staff. Upon arrival, we reported that the TV in our room was not working. The staff wanted to come and show us how to use it, but after they visited while we were not in the room, it became clear the issue was likely something else. We requested additional pillows, as there was only one per bed, but it took almost 24 hours before we received them. During cleaning, our drinking glasses were not replaced, and we had to specifically ask for clean glasses as well as more shampoo. A staff member then came up with “extra shampoo,” which should have been a routine part of daily housekeeping. The dirty glasses, however, were left in the room. You should also be aware of a clear mold problem approximately 10–12 meters from the elevator. The smell of mold in that area is very strong. Finally, despite the fact that we had prepaid for breakfast, your staff attempted to charge us again upon checkout. It appears that there are serious management issues at your hotel. For your information, we typically stay at hotels 40–60 nights per year.
