Wonderful stay for 4 Australian cyclists,, .many fabulous rides

Poor and drainage shower

Location, grounds, ambience, it was a lovely 4 night stay.

I was planning to have some time in the pool before I left and couldn’t because it was being cleaned, had I known I would have got up earlier on that day.

Beautiful view and room, no loud streets or neighborhoods in the area. Great positioning for a sunrise and amazing luxury. The room itself was large and minimalistic, lots of charging ports as well

Room service was subpar. Food was an hour late, they lost the order, Bathroom floor was stained near the shower heavily even after icput up a "clean my room" sign it did not get cleaned. The portions of the food was laughable. The burger was indigestible, the steak was stale and dry for a medium plus. Every meal had an uncanny amount of greens around it. The TV was low quality for the price, I have visited hotels 1/2 of the price and it already had s flatscreen 34+ inch tv, this tv had no smart functionality. My laptop got cracked after i came back from work, I'm assuming it fell when someone was cleaning it. I won't press charges or do claims, but still dissapointing

Surrounded by beautiful natural areas, it's ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. The breakfast had limited options but was acceptable, and the quality was fine. The swimming pool was warm and clean. Not comparable to most 4-star hotels, but we expected that considering the cost.

The interior is dated and partially damaged. The room was spacious enough but very basic, lacking the comfort needed for a longer stay. Room service was virtually nonexistent. Using two attached single beds as a double bed was uncomfortable.
