Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

I loved this small piece of home away from home! The hotel is literally in the center of everything! It's family friendly & business oriented! There are so many restaurant choices in the area. River tours are the best.

There was not a microwave in the room however there is a communal microwave in the ice area.

Well maintained, good bar service

At checkin were not told of the $60,00.day amenity fee hold on card. Taxes charged per day were $21.46 higher that the Booking.com invoice

Self parking was not clear, nobody at valet to provide directions. Once we found the garage, one vehicle could not enter with room card, so we needed to pay even though it was supposed to be set up at the front desk.

Lower price on room and parking

Spacious king size bedroom, if somewhat oddly shaped (think trapezoid). Very large screen tv. Hotel adjoins riverwalk. Hotel is a few hundred feet from the Alamo.

Noise from adjoining rooms unacceptable. Dog whimpering 3 rooms away and around corner woke us up at 5am (on 10th floor!). Could hear children in adjoining room. Toilets in adjoining rooms flush loudly (think airplane evacuation toilet). Rooms built around open atrium (bar below, with band on weekend). Paid extra for corner room - which turned out to be on INTERIOR of hotel.

Location was perfect.

Wait for elevators excessive. Bed too soft.
