Great location- short walk into town and to the view point for sunrise/sunset. Very large room with heating for the cold nights. Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making and water provided. Great breakfast daily with a good selection. Hotel provides tours and balloon rides if required

Very dark in the room as it was semi basement. Power outlet broken beside the bed.

The location was excellent, it was only a slight walk to Greme central area. At that being a very easy walk too. The balcony we had in our room provided a beautiful of the hot air balloons each morning. In the afternoon it provided a nice view of the street where people walked and sunshine of course. The upper deck where breakfast was held was clean and spacious. In the afternoon it was unoccupied so it was nice to soak in the sunshine and take in the views. The entire staff was helpful and kind but the overnight attendant was especially polite and seemed to go out of his way to make sure your stay was enjoyable. There is a local bakery just down the street that would bake and sell loaves of bread, so knowing our bread was freshly made was epic.

The light near our room door didnt work so it was hard to use the key at night. Our room didnt have a refrigerator, which wouldve been nice to keep cold drinks in. But these are just minor issues it never really effected our overall stay.

The bathroom needs a refresh. The breakfast was a little bit poor.

I stayed in economy double bedroom. Excellent and friendly staff. Really helpful. They arranged taxi tour for me in Very cheap price. They also offered me free of charge milk box as i was late at night and it was required for my baby. Breakfast was pretty nice and in good quantity as well as quality. Thier staff remain present at desk for 24 hours. Room and washroom were spacious and clean as well.

Only delux rooms have Air conditioning. Economy room doesn't have it. But weather was so nice at night that it felt pretty nice.
