Staff allowed me to check in early for free and without any hassle. I was very pleased by it.
My main complain is about the facilities and how it compares to the pictures. The pictures look great, modern and well maintained. My room and overall the external facilities as well were quite run down. There were several poorly patched holes in the hotel, the bathroom looked old with cracks and stains everywhere. The room had carpet and did not smell good. Nothing like the modern, renovated and hardwood floor room that is shown in the picture.

Hotel is centrally located near to famous Heidi's Pancake House, CVS and Lake. Hotel offers comfortable rooms with great customer service. Hotel also offer free parking and free WI Fi facilities to all its guest. All this make this hotel a great choice for travelers visiting South Lake Tahoe. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tahoe.
Wonderful stay at Hotel Elevation. Hotel offer good rooms with great amenities like tv, microwave , refrigerator. Staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Free Wi Fi worked great. Location was also good close to many restaurant and stores .
Check in was breeze, staff was friendly and accommodating, room was spotless with cozy beds. Decent amenities were there for the stay. Location was fantastic next to Heidi's restaurant and CVS.
Great time spend during our stay at Hotel Elevation during our recent visit. Hotel had a great location near to many famous restaurant and stores. Room we got was clean and cozy. Front desk staff was very friendly and our check in and check out experience was great. Would stay again!
