Great space and clean

loud noise, dangerous surroundings, everything in room outdated or broken. Had a sitution arrise that was unexpected and had to leave a day early and they would not refund any of our money

The location and views were very good.

The elevator didn't work, there was no wifi or TV service. Blamed it on weather but there were no outages in the area.

The TVs didnt work ( not even in other rooms. Had other guest asking us if our tv worked ) & staff didnt seem to care at all , no WIFI, the kitchen sink leaked badly we had to use the bathroom sink for anything, the toilet didnt flush all the time. Stained curtains ( disgustingly stained ) stained sheets, just overall not that clean. Beds were stiffer than a sheet of plywood. My friend slept on the floor cause it was a better option.
