PSB Apartments in Midia Resort Aheloy

Excellent client service. Swift contact, great approach to solving problems, perfect assistance with additional requests. Two large swimming pools, not too crowded, wonderful sea view, water slides working twice a day. Fun for the kids and for the adults:). The pool is really clean too.

The place is located far away from reasonably equipped shops, at the resort you cannot pay by card at the bar or at the shops(!). Frankly, we would have spent much more if we could have been paying by card. It's a shame, really. The bar is ok, the additional attractions for the kids also, but basically not available because only cash is accepted. The beach on the photographs doesn't correspond to the reality, not really. In fact, very little sand directly at the water side is available. Only a small triangle of sand with a lot of trash (!) polluting it, next to the Aheloy river. The place is secluded, little choice in restaurants in the neighborhood. Also there is just one very small playground for the children.

The location was very good, the staff were nice and friendly.

The road to the hotel was in very bad condition. The beds weren't comfortable at all.

The beach is very dirty and small, kids camps make this place a hell-ongoing dancing and singing on the scene between the blocks and the swimming pool makes you crazy, especially as it lasts till 10 pm. Majority of facilities like fitness, other restaurants were closed. Minimarket supply limited and expensive. It needs restoration.

The swimming pool was clean and nice. The location of the hotel was good, but far away from the city.

I have booked an apartment for four people, as this was a family trip. We didn't get what we have booked. In stead of having 4 single beds we had one double bed and a couch. Both were really uncomfortable. There was a cake in the fridge that the staff took but left the fridge dirty, so I had to clean it afterwards. Even though I have written in the offer that we were 4 people, the staff was completely surprised. There was not enough blankets for everyone. The mirrors were dirty as well. The staff was interested in only taking the money and was rude. She told us if we don't like it, to go away and that they won't charge me. If I wanted to search for a place on the spot I wouldn't pre-order one. Also the offer didn't include cancelation, so they would have charged me anyway. When it comes to the paying method, it gets even better. The staff insisted on paying by hand. No post terminal, no receipt, no online banking. After I insisted for paying through the bank, the staff gave me the bank account but the staff acted like this is something extremely extraordinary.
