Their hotel office closed at 6pm. I specifically stated on the app that we were going to arrive before 10pm. Early office closing hours were not listed, or we would not have chosen the property. My partner is diabetic, and needed her meds immediately and we were stuck. I called OYO management and they also were unable to make connection with hotel staff. It was only after we made the decision to change (and pay for) another hotel, did the staff contact me via cell. She was apologetic and also professional in how she handled the situation, but because we had a medical issue to attend to, we had to cancel.
OYO operator did not immediately reimburse my account because of the hotel's mistake. I need to know how to get my prepaid nightly reservation returned.

The price is nice. They will accommodate with no hesitation. Large tvs, comfortable beds, clean
the shower was not the best and didn’t want to drain well that was my only issue.
