Excellent customer service
Great location central to city and easy access to train station ideal for easy transport option to airports and Gold Coast. Room is amazing with great view.
Only wee criticism is that room had 2 double beds. Would have preferred either a queen or king size. One other thing was we were looking forward to buffet dinner in the restaurant only to be told this occurs only on Friday night.
Great location and comfortable room
Location is the best, very convenient to get here from /to the airport by train. Hotel is connected to the central train station by a couple of escalators. Room was very spacious , with nespresso coffee machine and a kettle for tea.
