Hotel was nice

Location was out of the way, for both sights and dining

A fairly basic hotel, the 3or4 steps from reception to lifts could have been made much easier with heavy cases if a ramp had been available for even part of the 3 or 4 metre width of steps!

Location is perfect for what we wanted; 20 min bus into the city of Palma, but walking distance to a modern shopping centre, small supermarket and restaurants/fast food chains and not to mention a 20 min walk away from the castle with stunning views. The hotel is on a slight hill so there are a few sets of steps but this didnt bother us in the slightest. Plus the number 47 bus into Palma is on the doorstep and the buses are frequent so the steps can be avoided if not planning on walking anywhere. The hotel itself was clean with spacious rooms, plenty of plug sockets, a mini fridge, AC, full length mirror, big wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a safe. The pool area is fairly small but was lovely and gets the sun for the whole day and not busy at all, although this may be because our visit was not in the peak of summer.

Aside from the mini fridge, there are no other kitchen facilities within the hotel room. It wouldve been perfect if there was a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies for a morning coffee on the balcony! But aside from that, there is nothing I didnt like, I would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

Location was perfect for our needs.

Perhaps could benefited from complementary tea/coffee in the room.
