Staff was kind and the place is clean

My sister told me that this hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was semen on night table. Sheets and pillow cases were absolutely disgusting!! Never again.
The queen size room was neat.
Entering the hotel lobby it reeked of cigarette smoke. There are two set of steep steps walking to the second floor. The entire hallway & room smelt like cigarette smoke. There was a couple screaming & yelling using profanity until 11pm-2am.
The location is close to the Windbreak Bar
There was a Fight in the room next to us at 7 am. The room was barely passable regarding state and cleanliness. Did not feel safe.
