Hotel Alcántara

Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. A short walk to the old walled town. Parking close by with a reduced rate for Hotel guests. Friendly reception staff

Modern hotel close to the old town. The guy on reception was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. Although it is on a busy main road, the hotel is relatively quiet.

Lady in bar/cafe wasnt anywhere near as cheerful as the guy was. Limited menu choice. No tea/coffee in room. Bathroom door is only frosted glass without a lock or proper closing mechanism.

Very comfortable room. Good beds and central location. Parking is easy in public garages close by. Super friendly staff when we arrived early.

room was clean, basic and comfy enough. good location overall it was good considering it was not expensive (we used for only one night)

Room could have benefitted with a kettle. Also we would have appreciated it if we were allowed access to the room early as we got there 30min before time - but we waited in the reception as we were told it was still being cleaned and funny enough at precisely 1:00pm it was ready

i love the central localisation of the hotel, very modern with all around

breakfast was good but can be better with eggs and I found that the dinner room was a little bit austere (in my opinion)

Friendly, helpful, excellent service and laughing with us at our no existent Spanish.
