Great location walking distance to many places and shopping, great homemade breakfast, nice greeting and very helpful customer service. Very clean! Adorable personal touches.

The pillows!!! Hard as a rock. They need some down pillows to go with the nice linens! That is the only complaint I have.

The Fifteen Keys hotel was everything we hoped for our anniversary trip to Rome. Modern, beautifully appointed, thoughtfully decorated and a calming atmosphere, even though it was fully booked. Our room was a good size, excellent facilities with attention to detail. The bed was super comfy and the room was light and airy. All the staff were very helpful and supportive. Always happy to advise and make suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed our special anniversary trip we will definitely return.
