Booked Delux room but got given standard room. It was so old and smelly. Staff was so rude.

The location is great.

Having to put a $200 deposit and then having to wait 7 days for it to be returned. They don't mention it until you check out

Room was well set out

Parking was a bit of a premium and very tight

Definitely not a 4 star hotel The kitchen is missing some basic utensils Cooking facilities would be great to have Not enough towels No towels provided for the swimming pool

The staff was very accommodating. My friend and I came much earlier than check-in, and they were able to get our rooms ready earlier than expected. The room had an incredibly nice balcony. The only problem is not all hotel twin rooms have a balcony.

The halls had a bit of an off smell to them

Very limited parking, no receptionist in the evening, elevator felt sketchy, the rooms were strange you go through one locked door first and then theres 2 separate room doors behind that. Wasnt a 4 star experience or hotel maybe 10-15 years ago.

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed! Accommodated late checkin without a drama.

All good .... Whilst parking was included, spaces are limited and we had to find street parking for the first night .... and it was raining.

Great friendly staff, room was spacious and desired beds provided. Pool, sauna and spa were excellent. Conveniently located near light rail.

Breakfast service finished 30 min early one morning.
