Extrme noise, no isolation from noise from incident the building.
Cheap. Easy access by car.
Noisy. Somebody had puked in the toilet during night and it hadn't been cleaned during the morning..
First, the girl at the reception when I arrived was friendly and explained everything to me in clear English. The room was clean. Close to the bus stop. Breakfast was OK for the price.
My biggest concern was the shared bathrooms, those weren't cleaned at all.
