Stayo Oxford Street

Very central and very clean. Literally two steps from Oxford street. Good isolation, heard very little noise.

The bed could be bigger.

Spacious. Could do with an extra sofa in lounge maybe along the window wall though. Nice bathrooms. Comfy beds

So many stairs to go up lol. Hand soap empty and microwave stopped working midway through making scrambled egg

There was an issue with the thermostat, it was 16C out but the temperature in kept going up at night, almost 26C

The apartment is at a very convenient distance to all tourist spots in London. Clean, comfortable rooms.

No hot water after some use

Location was fantastic. Lots of room, good kitchen. Modern bathroom. Washing machine.

No coat hangers.

Enjoyed our stay everything we needed close to the theatre and shops would definitely stay again

Great location. Steps from shops, restaurants and public transportation. Very clean kitchen.

There was no hot water available in the apartment for the first two days so we had to take ice cold showers. The apartment is situated in the extremely noisy location due to the bar downstairs. Even with windows closed you can hear the music, drunk yelling etc. It gets quiet at around 03:00 am and then 30 min later the garbage dumpsters are getting emptied. Extreme noise. 4 am is the earliest time when it is possible to go to sleep. Broken sofa in the kitchen room, dangerous to use as it caused an injury to my baby daughter. Laundry machine unusable. It has not been cleaned for ages and stinks very badly of sewage. Only two dishwasher tabs provided for 6 people 4 day stay and no dishwasher liquid or sponge, not even mentioning the cold water again, it's not hygienic at all to wash dishes in cold water. And the most funny thing of them all- two complimentary tea bags and 4 sugar sticks provided for 6 guests 4 day stay....So nice of the owners, - why did they even be so generous? Or was that a simple sarcasm?

Great location. Clean. Well equipped apartment.

Complicated check-in process: lots of emails, requesting too much information. Required a deposit of around 250 to get code and keys to the apartment, which we had not expected. It was quickly returned after our check-out though. For access you have to go up the stairs the equivalent of 2 floors. The double bed in the bedroom isnt very large.
