It was clean and had a good location

We experienced an issue with the hot water in our room, which lasted for no longer than five minutes. Unfortunately, hotel management did not provide any assistance to resolve this problem.

Great location, we were able to walk all around Porto without using the car. The garage was easy to use, spacious and secure, in any case. Staff were great - our receptionist was extremely helpful and passionate about her country, giving us no end of advice on what to see and do, amongst other things! Thanks for the long chats and friendly face! Having the breakfast room available 24 hours, with water and coffe machine, was really appreciated. Also the laundry with washing and dryer available for free use. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and everything just worked.

Accommodation in the center. We were delighted with a drink made from freshly squeezed oranges. Helpful staff.

The location of the BO is amazing, close to the metro stations and then within the walking distance to town. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. The check in process and reception as well as all the members of the staff we came to contact in were super nice. Thanks!

Everyone was very nice to us. Sofia lent us her umbrella because we didnt have one on us. Otherwise it was cosy.

There really needs to be something done about the mould in room 203. Theres lots in the bathroom because you cannot open to windows and the ventilation system doesnt seem to work. Consequently the plaster is coming of the walls. Since the building is quite old, it is not very sound-proof.
